Maya's Sensitive Gaze

"For years, I've admired Jars dinnerware at Merci. I've always been drawn to their enamel work and their unique way of playing with matte and glossy textures.

For my workshops, I mainly chose off-white pieces. I really like this neutral yet warm shade, perfect for showcasing whatever is placed on it, whether it's food or the beads used during the workshops.

I like to create mix & match tables: each piece is slightly different, but they naturally converse with each other through their shapes, textures, and shades. Jars collections lend themselves perfectly to this game of balance.

I also selected several pieces from the Wabi collection in the Seidou shade, whose deep khaki green dialogues particularly well with the beads and coasters we make during the workshop. What I like about Jars are its very simple yet always very apt shapes. Simplicity with a lot of subtlety."

Atelier Rozier

Maya Rozier - Atelier Rozier

Trained in design, Maya Rozier honed her eye at Maison Patou, where she discovered the importance of detail, objects, and materials.

With Atelier Rozier, she now creates freely, driven by the joy of making.

With a keen sensitivity to materials, she loves experimenting with new techniques and letting her hands guide her creations. Objects and jewelry emerge from exploration, observed details, and a desire to try new things.

In her workshops, she invites people to gather around a table and shares the techniques and skills she herself has mastered – learning, creating with one's hands, and sharing a moment during a creative break.
